The roof was no easy job. Two structures, the main house and a detached garage, with a steep pitch and old cedar shake that had to come all the way off. We tore it down to the framing, re-decked the entire roof with new plywood, then installed Malarkey Vista asphalt shingles in Natural Wood and finished with proper ridge venting.

Start to finish in two and a half days. The homeowner was traveling for work, so we documented every step and sent hundreds of progress photos along the way.
